One of Singapore's most renown food critics describes this traditional steakhouse as - "Just a Piece of Meat," and boy, what a piece of meat it is. If steak is what you like, Morton's produces the type of steaks that you thought only existed in your dreams - big, chunky and very juicy - meat that is tender - so tender until it melts in your mouth.
Of course the ambiance is great. This is one of the few places in Singapore where the waiter provides you with a presentation of the food before presenting you with the menue.
Only down side to the place is price. Don't expect to walk out of Morton's paying anything less than $250 -without alcohol - but with the steaks being what they are, you won't mind paying the price.
